Calling all Americans

Well guys were bring'n those scary terrorist to justice in Manhattan. Now in my mind, I think this is a giant step in the right direction. The military did their job, time for "We the People" to do ours. Ya bring the damn evidence, the accused has the right to challenge that evidence, and gets judged by a jury of their peers. This is pretty fundamental proud American stuff. What, if we don't do this Al Qaeda crazies aren't going to attack us anymore? All those who want to follow that logic, please take the next plane leaving this country. We are Americans, and I'm sorry if you didn't get the memo, but that means we live by those rule, and we are willing to die for those simple beliefs. "A Nation of Laws, not Men" I'm frankly shocked that Republicans especially those representing the great state of Texas are starting to sound like a bunch of pansies. Time for the folks on the Republican side of aisle to quit hiding under their desks, and stand up. Frankly you people are starting to embarrass the rest of us.
Americans ain't scared of jack shit!
If you want to kneel down and beg for mercy from a bunch of mad men?
Speak up, so the guys buried in Arlington can hear ya.

High Time

Sorry it's been so long gang, been busy making a living; nuf said.

Watched the the town hall the other day and was kinda taken back by the glib attitude of our President, when it comes to the legalization of the evil weed and it's effect on our economic state. So my question to the President would be what's so funny? I mean seriously, who are you trying to impress with your cavalier pooh poohing of the subject, of the legalization of marijuana. Mitch McConnell from KY or Eric Cantor from VA, or maybe that drug addled gas bag Rush Limbaugh from the great state of, going to work under the influence?

The truth is Mr. President that no one is laughing anymore; at least not the fiscal conservative you represent. Go in to any convenience store near your home and every product but the pot is available just behind the counter. The fore mentioned Republican Senator and Representative are from states that garner significant revenue from tobacco, and as far as Rush, who cares. We just raised the tax on tobacco, to fund children's health-care in this nation, what moral high ground are you trying to hold? I think the vast majority of people in the US favor legalization and the ones who don't will complain all day long, but will cash the check gained from the revenue without batting an eye.

Well at this point in history we have to call Reaganomics war on the middle-class a success. Congratulations all who participated, the American economy is in a shambles and the red Chinese are dictating both our foreign and fiscal policy. Those of us who are struggling to raise are kids and hold on to our homes are tired Mr. President. We have grown old watching government grow and expand without any benefit to average working people. Enough with the jokes, quit kicking the can down the road, tell the folks up the street to just legalize the damn plant, and tax it. Unless of course you intend to sprout wings and start laying golden eggs to fund the commons, we're going to need the revenue from marijuana to go forward as a nation.
